My daughter had an earring stuck in her ear, school had messaged me to say she’d be in isolation until removed, I called Harriet roses salon to see if she could help at all, she was extremely busy picking up her children but said she’d pop back to her shop to get it out for us! Massive thank-you, you’ve saved my daughter’s life! (Quite literally, who likes isolation ;) ) Thank you again, we’ve been trying for some time now, you did it quite easily! :)
